Tickets are exclusively available for graduates who have completed their studies and received their certificates in 2024 or 2025.

Graduates can purchase tickets at a reduced rate of 10€ and may bring guests, each ticket priced at 40€.

Your ticket includes access to a delicious vegan and vegetarian finger food buffet, along with sparkling wine to toast our graduates. A bar will also be available for your enjoyment.

After dinner and a festive celebration in honor of our graduates, get ready to dance the night away with an exciting evening of music and fun!

Here are some infos on the event:

• Certificate Ceremony: Each graduate will be called on stage to receive a commemorative certificate (official certificates will be mailed separately).
• Dress Code: We don’t have traditional robes and caps. The dress code is festive-smart. Feel free to dress up, but it’s not necessary to be overly formal. Family and guests often choose a slightly less formal attire. Ultimately, this day is about you and your accomplishments, so wear what makes you feel comfortable!
• Dinner & Party: Following the ceremony, we’ll enjoy vegetarian and vegan dinner and a lively party!
• Venue Closure: Please note that we need to vacate the aula by midnight.
• Language: Speeches will be in either English or German. Translation will be provided simultaneously via projection.

Student Speakers Needed:

We’re looking for graduates who would like to share a few words about their time at the university. If you’re interested in speaking, please let us know by the end of August. Speeches should be submitted to us by September 9th to allow time for translation. Contact laura.krieger@uos.de for more info.

Volunteer Opportunity for Guests:

If you know a Coxi friend who would like to join the celebration but is mindful of ticket costs, encourage them to volunteer at the gala! Volunteers get to participate in the event and join the party afterwards. Contact laura.krieger@uos.de for more info.
