Congrats, you’ve landed on the ticket page for Summer Nebu 2026

We want you to connect with the coxi-hive-mind at castle Neuerburg for an entire weekend and become part of something bigger. Nebu is a community project funded by our love, enthusiasm, and engagement. Expect loud music, games, workshops, food, more food, food for the hive, a wonderful and unique atmosphere, lots of fun, novelty, relaxation, wellness, and bonding.

So pack your stuff, take your spirit into the fray, get a ticket and get connected.

Pricing

Tickets are priced according to a tried and tested solidarity system:

• Standard tickets are 109€
• If you can pay for a ticket, you should buy the standard ticket.
• If (for whatever reason) you cannot buy a standard ticket, but still really want to go to Nebu, you can purchase a ticket at a reduced price of 99€ or 89€.
• For anybody with a heart made out of gold, you are able to support a fellow Coxi by paying a higher price of 119€ up to 139€.
• Higher-priced tickets will finance the discounted tickets (and for this year, prevent us from making a loss), so in the case you decide to pay a little extra, we thank you for your solidarity 🙂

NOTE: “Camper” Tickets are available after the other tickets have sold out. With a camper ticket you will need to bring your own camping gear, and do not have a bed! 3 payment levels are available:

• Tent: 69€ standard price
• Carton & Sticks: 59€ for everyone who cannot afford the standard price
• Glamping: 79€ for everyone who wants to support “Carton & Sticks” tickets

what does a ticket to Nebu include?

• Your ticket includes a two-night stay at castle Neuerbug, providing bed- and bathrooms.
  • Note: The “Camper” tickets do not include a bed – you are required to bring your own camping gear!
• Your ticket includes a transfer to- and from the train station Bitburg-Erdorf in Bitburg as part of our suggested travel route.
• You’ll be 100% free to join everything your fellow Coxis offer out of their own talent and free time, such as workshops, multiple dancefloors with parties supported by choice DJs, games, and activities.
• Ingredients for food will be provided and all attendees get together to cook a selection of (vegan) dishes. You can take home whatever food is left over at the end of the event.
• Some non-alcoholic beverages (Limo, Mate, etc.) as well as beer will be sold separately at the castle, on a non-profit basis. If you’d prefer to drink some stronger stuff, bring whatever booze floats your boat 😀

NOTE
Tickets are available for Coxis and friends from 20.03.2026 2pm, until 02.04.2026, 23:59!
We are not an exclusive circle, so bring along anybody whose bones itch to dance!

refunds

We can only refund your ticket if you request a refund until 01.04.2026, 23:59 o clock.
There will be no more refunds after the date, since Nebu Orga relys on the money for planning.

Request a refund by writing ludo@uos.de with the subject line referencing “summer Nebu 2026 ticket refund“.
Please include the following information in your message:

• name and last name
• PayPal pseudonym
• the email address that you payed with

Refunds will be processed some time after the 01.04.2026, so please be patient.
In case you miss the deadline for refunds and are unable to attend Nebu, you can still give away your ticket through our hands, so please get in touch with us.

As we approach Nebu, you’ll be updated on any and all news in ‘the live hive chat’ on telegram. We will also be using this channel to communicate with the entire hive during the stay.
