We want you to connect with the coxi-hive-mind at Burg Ludwigstein for an entire weekend and become part of something bigger. Ludo is a community project funded by our love, enthusiasm, and engagement. Expect loud music, games, workshops, food, more food, food for the hive, a wonderful and unique atmosphere, lots of fun, novelty, relaxation, wellness, and bonding.

Pricing

Tickets are priced according to a tried and tested solidarity system:

If you can pay for a ticket, you should buy the standard ticket.

If (for whatever reason) you cannot afford a standard ticket, but still really want to go to Ludo, you can purchase a ticket at a reduced price of 99€ or 89€.

For anybody with a heart made of gold, you are able to support a fellow Coxis by paying a higher price of 119€ up to 149€.

Higher-priced tickets will finance the discounted tickets, so in the case you decide to pay a little extra, we thank you for your solidarity 🙂

What does a ticket to Ludo include?

Your ticket includes a two-night stay at Castle Ludwigstein, providing bed- and bathrooms.

Your ticket includes a transfer to- and from the train station in Witzenhausen as part of our suggested travel route.

You’ll be 100% free to join everything your fellow Coxis offer out of their own talent and free time, such as workshops, multiple dancefloors with parties supported by choice DJs, games, and activities.

Ingredients for food will be provided and all attendees get together to cook a selection of (vegan) dishes. You can take home whatever food is left over at the end of the event.

Some non-alcoholic beverages (Limo, Mate, etc.) as well as beer will be sold separately at the castle, on a non-profit basis. If you’d prefer to drink some stronger stuff, bring whatever booze floats your boat 😀

Castle Ludwigstein has a sauna, though your ticket does not cover its entry. Access + payment to the sauna is managed on site via a tally list (Strichliste). (Running the sauna incurs extra fees at the castle.)

NOTE:

Tickets are available for Coxis and friends until November 10th!
We are not exclusive, so bring along anybody whose bones itch to dance!
